I called Steve for help troubleshooting my $1000 HP Z820 Workstation that I got in December to do Video Rendering. Steve was able to troubleshoot and determine my boot problem. He stayed 2&1/2 hours and then showed up again later that day after I got out of work. He called my supplier’s tech support and he was able to perform troubleshooting and we determined my problem that they couldn’t. This was the second machine that they gave me and I haven’t been able to use since December 2018. Now my video rendering that used to take me 1.75 hours takes me 6 minutes and 39 seconds. This workstation is awesome.

“Toshiba laptop getting cooling system problem message. Fan? Keeps shutting down. My cell is 508-xxx-xxxx. I’m in Plymouth”.  Steve troubleshot my laptop for two days and couldn’t solve the problem. It was Determined to be a faulty hardware issue. He only charged me for a couple of hours and he helped me setup my new Laptop!

My Desktop wouldn’t boot into Windows 10 after downloading an update to some software. I feared that I would lose my files. Steve went thru my options and was able to restore my files as well giving advice me about Virus Protection and External Backup. I’m completely satisfied. Thank you

I am Brazilian. I texted Steve with my Toshiba laptop problem. He responded quickly. My Laptop is not booting. We met near my home in Hyannis at Dunkin Donuts and he took it thru procedures to correct its booting problems. Thank you

Steve cleaned and customized my sons Desktop so he could play the online game Minecraft. He found the needed specs which included needed PC chip speed, amount of RAM and Video Card. He upgraded its video card to enable his desktop for gaming and my son loves it. Thank you

I am  a high school student. I called Steve to help me install my custom gaming PC that I purchased. He installed my custom motherboard, hard drive, custom cables, power supply, CD drive, RAM, CPU with fan in a custom case piece by piece, step by step. I’ve never setup and installed a custom PC before so I was real happy he helped me to put it together. My custom PC was up and running with a Windows Operating System on the same day. Thank you
